Public Programme

Lancashire Science Festival is back with a bang and this year’s public programme is set to be bigger and better than ever before!

Join us for our Family Day on Saturday 30 June to enjoy a spectacular showcase of the wonders of science, technology, engineering, mathematics and more.

Our action-packed programme is taking place on the University of Central Lancashire’s Preston City Campus between 9.00am and 5.00pm.

We are pleased to announce that our public programme remains free of charge and open to all.

Check out some of our amazing shows, workshops and drop-in sessions below.

Please make sure you register for your Festival Pass to guarantee your entry into the festival.

By registering your attendance in advance we’ll be able to keep you updated with the latest announcements in the run-up to the festival. There are limited places available and we may not be able to guarantee your entry into the festival if you have not registered beforehand.

Once again we will be running a first-come-first-served queuing system for our live shows. However, you have the option of pre-booking tickets for our workshops at a cost of £1 per event.

Workshop tickets will be available to book from Wednesday 30 May 2018.
